Tess joined Hallinans in December 2023. She graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in Law, before going on to achieve a Distinction on the Bar Course at BPP University.

 

Following university Tess began working in criminal defence. She has over three years’ experience working in the criminal justice system with exposure to criminal procedure from the police station to the Appeal Courts. Tess also acts as a representative advising and assisting clients arrested and interviewed at the police station.
